本研究は，慢性心不全の急性増悪時に熟練看護師が活用している臨床判断能力を顕在化する．それに基づき，実写版VR動画を新人看護師が視聴することによる効果の検証を行う．課題の設定は暗黙知の生成過程（西原，2008）に依拠しており，熟練看護師の臨床判断能力の顕在化と新人看護師の自覚化した暗黙知の高まりを明らかにする．それにより慢性心不全の急性増悪時に必要な臨床判断能力を育む実写版VR動画の開発を行う．
