Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は地域母子保健において、新人保健師が産後うつ病をもつ母親と信頼関係を築くための新人保健師教育プログラムの開発と評価を行うことを目的とする。研究は3つのプロセスで行う。①新人保健師が産後うつ病をもつ母親と信頼関係を築くための新人保健師教育プログラム案を作成し、妥当性を検討、②作成したプログラムの実施と評価を行う、③②の評価に基づいて、プログラムを修正し、修正したプログラムの実施と評価を行う。
