Outline of Research at the Start

周手術期患者の状態に応じた看護実践には、瞬時の臨床判断が不可欠である。看護基礎教育では臨床判断能力について繰り返し学ぶ機会を設け、育成することが求められているが、演習や実習で経験する機会は限られている。本研究は、看護学生の周手術期看護における臨床判断能力の学習効果を検証したVR技術を用いたトレーニング教材の開発を目的とする。具体的には①臨床判断を問う設問を組み入れたトレーニング教材の作成②トレーニング教材の利便性、見やすさ、VR酔いに関する短期的評価の実施と教材の改良③改良したトレーニング教材を繰り返し使用することによる長期的な評価を行う。
