Outline of Research at the Start

本申請課題は院内急変の予測力向上を目指す。現在使用されている早期警告スコアは、バイタルサインの個人内変動が考慮されていない。さらに、バイタルサインは年齢により基準値が異なるにもかかわらず、全年齢に対して単一の識別点しか設定されていない。
本研究では、臨床状態悪化の最も感度の高い指標である呼吸数に着目し、年齢階級別の変動幅識別点を既存の早期警告スコアに組み込むことで、院内急変の予測精度向上を目指す。
