Outline of Research at the Start

精神科救急病棟の保護室隔離解除後の「臨界期」は回復過程の分岐点であり、この時期の患者に対する治療・看護が重要といわれている。しかし「臨界期」において、看護師は何を観察、判断し、実践しているのか、看護の実践知を体系化したものはない。そこで本研究では、専門性を備えた熟練看護師の実践知を明らかにし、専門家との検討を通して臨界期看護ガイドラインを開発することを目的とする。
