Outline of Research at the Start

器械出し看護師は、手術の円滑な進行や手術中の医療安全に関して重要な役目を担うが、現在まで教育法は確立していない。そこで本研究は、システマティックレビューおよび専門家パネルによる教育プロトコル作成と、ランダム化比較試験を用いた評価を通して、器械出し看護技術の教育プロトコルの確立を行う。本研究は有用性の高い器械出し看護技術教育の基盤となり、手術医療の発展と患者の良好な転帰に貢献できると考える。
