Outline of Research at the Start

がん患者の生命予後の延長に伴い、慢性疼痛の有症率が増加し、オピオイドの適正使用のために、非薬物療法を含めたがん患者の適切な慢性疼痛治療の普及が求められている。しかし、慢性疼痛は多様な特徴を呈するため、がん患者の慢性疼痛に有効な治療方法は、国内・国外においても未だ確立されていない。
本研究では、ICTを活用して、慢性疼痛がん患者の中枢感作などの評価結果および身体活動、運動実施状況に応じた、患者個人レベルでの最適な治療を提供する自己支援型プレシジョンリハビリテーションを開発し、その経済効果を検証する。
