Outline of Research at the Start

緩和ケア病棟の看護師は、患者と共感的に関わり信頼関係を築いていく必要がある。看護師は、患者に共感することで共感疲労という代償を受ける。共感疲労は、医療従事者の健康状態に影響を及ぼすと言われている。申請者は、看護師の共感疲労と共感満足の概念分析、緩和ケア病棟の看護師の共感疲労に関するインタビュー調査結果を報告してきた。本研究は、これらの研究結果を基に、緩和ケア病棟の看護師を対象にした共感疲労尺度を開発し、その信頼性と妥当性を検証する。緩和ケア病棟の看護師の共感疲労尺度を開発することで、共感疲労を適切に把握し、介入につなげることができる。
