Outline of Research at the Start

近年増加傾向にある直腸がん治療は手術手技の進歩に伴い、一時的ストーマ造設に伴う排泄管理、ストーマ閉鎖後の便失禁、残便感等の排便障害の課題が報告されている。そこで、現場の実践者と共にアクションリサーチ法を用い、排便障害に関する課題抽出、患者を対象とした実態調査を行い、学習意欲を高めるためのARCSモデルを適用した排泄リハビリテーション促進プログラム（案）を作成、試用し、その結果から課題を検討し、直腸がん患者を対象とした排泄リハビリテーション促進プログラムを構築する。
