Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、食道癌術後患者の骨格筋量を維持・増強するために、身体活動量に対しモバイルヘルスを介した個々の患者に合わせたフィードバックプログラムを導入し、その効果について検討することである。本目的を達成するために、①食道癌術後患者の身体活動量と骨格筋量との関連について明らかにしたうえで活動量に対するフィードバックパターンのアルゴリズムを作成し、②術後患者の骨格筋量の予防に対するフィードバックシステムの有用性を検討する。
