本研究の目的は,がん化学療法患者の治療と社会的役割の両立を支持するコントロール感覚支援モデルを開発し,その支援の有効性を検証することである.
がん化学療法患者のコントロール感覚の低下は,尊厳の喪失とうつ病を併発する危険因子となり,治療と社会的役割の両立を継続する上で重要な課題である.
本研究では,「がん化学療法を受ける患者のコントロール感覚尺度」を活用し,がん患者のニーズに即した,現実適合性の高い看護支援モデルの開発および介入を目指す.そして,コントロール感覚獲得への新たな支援方法を確立し,がんになっても患者が治療と社会的役割を両立しながら,自己実現に向けて社会生活を送ることに寄与する.
