Outline of Research at the Start	子ども・若者育成支援推進法の改正で、ヤングケアラー支援が法制化されたが、支援者の認識不足や具体策欠如が課題である。精神科アウトリーチの活用が有効と考えられるが十分に検討されていない。本研究は効果的な支援モデル構築と支援者向け教育プログラム開発を目指す。私は精神科訪問看護の実践・研究経験を活かし、独自のアプローチを提案する。患者の回復と家族負担の関係性理解、ヤングケアラーの状況分析、実践知を活用した教育内容開発により、即時活用可能な解決策を提供する。これにより支援者のスキル向上と体制構築の質向上、ヤングケアラーの健康維持と自己実現促進が期待できる。
