Outline of Research at the Start

これまで研究代表者らは、精神科多職種連携の成果に対する影響要因の解明に取り組み、多職種連携の実態を説明するインプット－プロセス－アウトプットモデルを構築し、妨害・促進要因の候補項目の特定を進めてきた。本研究では、精神科医療機関における多職種連携の妨害・促進要因を、個人、チーム、組織の３レベルで特定し、各レベルの要因の影響度を分析した上で、連携向上につながる実践的介入策を検討する。
