Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では急性期病院において看護師が高齢患者のせん妄をアセスメントするのに簡便な方法として紹介されている3D-CAM日本語版を用いる。まず、3D-CAM日本語版の信頼性妥当性を評価し臨床での使用を実現した後に、3D-CAM日本語版を使用した看護と患者の転帰を観察する。その後、調査結果をもとに体系だった運動性興奮を呈した高齢者への看護方式を構築する。信頼性の高い評価ツールを使用した正確な運動性興奮症状の鑑別は、看護師に経験知に影響されない質の高いアセスメントと看護実践をもたらす。本研究は、高齢患者のせん妄の後遺症を回避し、認知機能や生活機能を維持し、健康寿命の延長を目指すものである。
