| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、第一に慢性閉塞性肺疾患をはじめとした呼吸器疾患患者が呼吸リハビリテーションに取り組む際の動機付けに関する尺度を開発することを目的とする。第二に開発した尺度を用いて、呼吸リハビリテーションに対する動機付けが高い者と中程度の者、そして低い者について、リハビリテーションの継続率、呼吸機能、身体機能、精神・心理機能の各指標を用いて1年半の縦断的変化から比較検証することを目的とする。
