Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、精神科看護師を対象として、①精神科看護師が患者に対して抱く“怒り”の内容と認識を実態調査し、②精神科看護師の怒りのマネージメントにおけるトレーニングや教育プログラムの開発と効果評価を行う事を目的とする。その手法として精神科看護師、精神科病院に対してインタビュー調査を行い、インタビュー内容を質的記述的に分析する。また分析の結果より、精神科看護師の怒りのマネージメントにおけるトレーニングや教育プログラムの開発とその効果を評価する。本研究は個々の看護師のスキル向上だけでなく、組織全体への波及効果を促進し、精神科医療の現場における患者への暴力防止と安全な治療環境の構築に貢献することを目指す。
