Outline of Research at the Start

アラーム疲労は、医療従事者が医療機器から発せられる過剰なアラームにさらされることで生じる疲労を示す現象。特に集中治療室（ICU）では、患者の生命維持に関わる多くの機器から頻繁に視覚、聴覚に訴えるアラームが鳴る。過剰なアラームは医療従事者に疲労を蓄積させ、睡眠障害や抑うつの原因となるため、対策が急務である。海外では、アラーム疲労を測定する尺度が開発され調査が進む一方で、本邦では尺度の開発がなく、ICUにおける実態は不明である。本研究では、ICUの医師と看護師を対象に日本語版アラーム疲労尺度を開発し、その妥当性と信頼性を検証する。そしてアラーム疲労と抑うつ・不安症状との相関を解明する。
