Outline of Research at the Start

終末期の患者と家族が「お別れの言葉」を自然に伝え合うことは、患者の生活の質（Quality of Life）だけでなく、遺された家族の抑うつや後悔の軽減にもつながる。本研究では、患者と家族が自然なかたちで言葉を交わせるよう、医療者が「橋渡し役」となるコミュニケーション支援プログラムを開発し、その効果と作用機序を検証する。具体的には、きっかけリーフレットを活用し、「いつ（When）・どのように（How）・何を（What）伝えるか」に関する支援方法を最適化する。
