Outline of Research at the Start	イクメンプロジェクトや育児介護休業法改正により、男性が子育てに関わることへの社会の期待は高まっているが、父親の孤立や男性の産後うつ病・不安などメンタルヘルスの課題も浮き彫りになっている。しかし、男性に対する妊娠期から継続的な子育て支援体制の整備は不足しており、妊婦健診や産後の入院期間で育児に関する知識技術を習得する機会がある妊婦/母親に比べて、男性が具体的な育児技術を学ぶ機会は不足している。本研究は、男性が多くの時間を過ごす就業先を拠点に、妊娠期の男性に特化した親準備プログラムを開発・実施し、男性のメンタルヘルスに及ぼす影響およびプログラムの社会実装の可能性を検証する。
