Outline of Research at the Start

1型糖尿病をもつ思春期の子どもは，二次性徴に伴い血糖コントロールが難しくなることに加え，学校生活や友人関係でストレスを抱えやすくなる．したがって，1型糖尿病をもつ思春期の子どもが受診する医療機関の看護師は，子どもがストレスに直面したときに適応する力であるレジリエンスを育む支援を行う必要があるが，思春期の子どもの視点を把握することが難しい．そこで，本研究では子どもの視点を捉えるための研究手法であるPhoto elicitationを用いて，1型糖尿病をもつ思春期の子どものレジリエンスの特徴を検討し，レジリエンスを育む看護支援モデルを開発する．
