Outline of Research at the Start

重症心身障害児は、本人・家族だけで口腔管理を実施することは難しく、医療従事者が口腔をアセスメントし、継続的に口腔をケアする必要がある。
小児は成長途中の段階であり、口腔をアセスメントすることは成人よりも難しい。
しかしながら、小児に標準化された口腔のアセスメントツールは存在しない。そのため、成長発達別の重症心身障害児の口腔アセスメントツールを開発し・有用性を検証する。
