Outline of Research at the Start

我が国において、周閉経期女性は妊娠を望んでいなくても避妊率が低く、中絶選択率も若年層同様に高い。また、人生において意図しない妊娠を避ける重要性を認識していながらも、性の健康として避妊の優先順位が低く、周閉経期女性の避妊においては自律的な避妊意図の形成が課題である。そこで、本研究では周閉経期女性の避妊の特徴を捉え、自律的に意図形成を促進させる動機づけプログラムを開発し、その有効性を検証することを目的とする。
