Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は4段階で構成されており、付き添った経験のある親を対象にアンケート調査を行い、信頼性・妥当性の確認された入院環境満足度尺度を作成する。次に、看護師を対象に調査を行い、子どもへの入院環境および付き添う親への食事や睡眠等の入院環境への具体的な支援内容を明らかにする。さらに、看護師長と付き添う親を紐づけした小児病棟でのアンケート調査によって入院環境満足度を高める入院環境への具体的な支援を明らかにする。
これらを明らかにすることで、エビデンスのある満足度を高める子どもの最善の利益と付き添う親への食事、睡眠等への配慮を明らかにすることができ、環境改善に貢献できる。
