Outline of Research at the Start

妊娠・出産は女性の性機能に影響を及ぼすことが報告されている。そのため、産後・育児期にある夫婦のセクシュアリティにも何等かの影響があることが考えられる。そこで本研究では、産後・育児期にある夫婦の性機能や性生活再開を含めたセクシュアリティの実態を明らかにするとともに、セクシュアリティの状況が夫婦婦関係の満足と第2子の出生意欲と関連があるのか調べる。本研究は、2つの調査（質問票による2年間の前向き・追跡調査とWeb質問票による大規模横断調査）を実施する。研究結果を基に、看護職による産後セクシュアリティに問題を抱える夫婦を減らす予防的教育介入につなげる。
