Outline of Research at the Start

本邦では、女性の就業率の増加とともに第1子出産年齢が上昇している。また、核家族化もすすみ、高年初産婦や産後のサポートの希薄化が産後うつや自死、児童虐待のリスクを高めていることから、産後ケア事業が重要な役割を担うようになり、助産師への期待も高まった。そこで、産後ケアに携わる助産師の質担保が必要と考え、本研究では産後ケアコンピテンシー到達度評価表を作成し、構成概念妥当性を検証することを目的とする。
