Outline of Research at the Start

将来の糖尿病発症のハイリスク群である妊娠糖尿病（以下、GDM）妊婦に有効な運動療法を確立することが喫緊の課題である。そこで本研究では、GDM妊婦の生活活動量に着眼する。本研究の目的は、GDM妊婦の血糖を適正に維持するための運動アプリを生活活動量の観点から作成することである。この目的を達成するために、（1）GDM妊婦の生活活動量の実態を明らかにする（2）（1）と血糖コントロールの関連を明らかにする（3）GDM妊婦専用の生活活動量に着眼した運動メニューを明らかにする。（４）GDM妊婦専用の運動アプリを開発する。
