Outline of Research at the Start	1) データベースより、シャーガス病母子感染治療・検査をドロップアウトした母親と子どもを特定する。また住民のⅰ）医療希求行動、ⅱ）シャーガス病知識、ⅲ）行動変容の準備状態の評価し、ドロップアウトが起こる要因を特定する。 2) 対象地域のステークホルダーを対象として、問題分析・介入計画策定を目的としたワークショップを実施する。その結果を元に関係者と介入計画を立案し、対象地域をA～D郡の４つに分けクロスオーバー試験化し実装計画を実装する。 3) RE-AIMに基づいたプロセス評価を行うことで、検査・治療率の変化や、費用対効果など介入戦略の効果検証を行う。 4) 介入実施前後の住民の行動変容を比較する。
