Outline of Research at the Start

腹直筋は体幹の屈曲や姿勢保持の役割を持つが、分娩後の腹直筋離開により筋力の低下が指摘されている。その為育児期の女性は、体幹のバランスを崩しやすく、QOLの低下や身体症状への影響が考えられる。近年、帝王切開実施率が上昇する中、腹直筋離開状態の経過について明らかにされておらず、身体症状についても不明である。本研究は、帝王切開分娩後の腹直筋離開状態やそれに伴う症状の実態把握を行い、さらに育児期の女性のQOL向上に向けた回復プログラムを作成を目指す。
