Outline of Research at the Start

妊娠・出産に漠然とした不安や恐怖を抱くことを出産恐怖感と呼ぶ。通常に抱く不安や恐怖を極度に逸脱した重度の FOCは病的なトコフォビアと呼ばれ、有病率は14％と報告されている。妊娠中に出産恐怖感を抱えていた女性は出産体験を否定的に捉えやすく、否定的な出産体験は産後うつ病や心的外傷後ストレス障害につながりやすい。妊娠期に重度の出産恐怖感を抱える女性を抽出し、適切なケアを行うことは危急課題である。これまで助産師が研究の対象としなかった硬膜外麻酔分娩も含む分娩アウトカム（出産満足度、産後うつ病）と出産恐怖感の関連を本研究で明らかにする。
