Food Allergy（以下FA）は,乳幼児に多く,アレルギー症状が重症化すると生命に危険が及ぶ疾患である.アレルゲン回避のための食品選択はもとより,症状出現時には迅速な判断と対応が求められる.診断間もない家族の心身の負担は大きく,家族の不安による日常生活の過重制限が課題となっている.特に,食事の準備をする母親の負担が強い.新たにFAの生活様式を取り入れ,日常生活の対処法を習得していくために,こども家族との対話が必要であるが,効果的な支援は未解明である.
そこで、本研究は,これまで注目されていなかった支援ニーズが最も高い診断間もない時期に焦点をあてた対話型看護実践モデルの開発と検証を行うことを目的とした.
