Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は１）文献検討による医療的ケア児と家族への入院病棟看護師の退院支援看護実践を明らかにしたのち、ケアの受け手である２）医療的ケア児の家族のフォーカスグループインタビュー（以下、FGI）を行い医療的ケア児の自宅退院に向けた入院病棟看護師による在宅の視点のある退院支援看護実践指標原案（以下、原案）を作成する。さらに、研究者チーム内で原案を洗練するとともに、３）医療的ケア児と家族への退院支援に関わる医療・保健・福祉専門職種のFGIを行い、原案を実臨床において実現可能な修正版指標とする。さらに４）全国入院病棟看護師への質問紙調査を行い、デルファイ法により修正版指標の内容妥当性を検討する。
