Outline of Research at the Start

人生100年時代において、女性の健康は身体的・心理的・社会的なwell-beingを含む包括的な視点で捉えることが求められている。特に更年期は、自身の健康課題に加え、パートナーや親の介護と仕事の両立など、多くのライフイベントが重なる転換期である。近年では、4人に3人の女性が更年期においても就労を継続し、多様な役割を担っている。本研究では、更年期から人生のセカンドステージへの移行に着目し、働く女性のwell-beingとワークライフバランス（WLB）の関係を明らかにし、well-beingの向上に向けた実践的提言を行うことを目的とする。
