Outline of Research at the Start

医療的ケア児の増加に伴い、看護師の活動場所は病院から教育や福祉の場に拡大しているため、看護実践の質向上は喫緊の課題である。地域で生活する医療的ケア児の支援には、多職種と連携し、疾患管理、児の成長発達支援、親の育ちを支援するという課題があり、このプロセスにはすぐに答えがでない曖昧さを伴う。看護実践には、negative capability（NC）の視点が必要であるが、実態は明らかになっていない。本研究では、看護師や多職種の調査から医療的ケア児を支援する看護実践におけるNCの影響要因を明らかにする。その結果、看護実践にNCの視点が取り入れられ、多職種連携の充実、医療的ケア児のQOL向上につながる。
