Outline of Research at the Start	養護教諭は、子どもの心身の不調や変化に気づきやすい立場で、学校生活に困難を抱えているケースに最前線で向き合っている。外国人児童生徒は、コミュニケーションや学習において困難を抱えやすいが、その対応には、言語や文化の違い、保護者の健康に関する危機感の違い等により、養護教諭は困難とストレスに直面する。また、養護教諭は、ほとんどの学校で１名の配置であるため、手探りで支援をしながら孤軍奮闘しているのが現状である。わが国で急増する外国人児童生徒に十分な支援を行うためには、養護教諭に対する支援が必要かつ重要である。本研究の目的は、外国人児童生徒と関わる養護教諭を支援するための教育プログラムの開発である。
