Outline of Research at the Start

合計特殊出生率は過去最低を更新し、少子化は国を挙げて取り組むべき重要な課題である。
子育てにおいては、父親へ期待が高まり、新たな父親像が模索される一方、メンタルヘルスの不調を訴える父親も少なくないが、日本の父親における産後うつの様相の解明はなされておらず、父親が求める支援については模索段階である。
そこで、本研究は、父親の産後うつの体験を質的研究によって明らかにする。
また、産後うつのモニタリング尺度EPDS-Pを用いて、子どもの誕生後１か月時、３か月時、６か月時の父親の産後うつを母親が評価することの有効性を明らかにする。
これらの結果から、子育て期の家族に対する効果的な支援戦略の策定を検討する。
