障害児の日常生活を支援する放課後等デイサービスは、令和４年19,178施設、利用者301,837人と経年で著増しており、看護師等、多くの就労職が、医療的ケア児の緊急時対応技術（エマージェンシー ケア）に不安を抱えている。
本研究の目的は、放課後等デイサービス施設において、医療的ケア児の救命と安全確保を、就労専門職チームで遂行できる「エマージェンシーケアプログラム」の開発である。プログラムは、放課後等デイサービス施設職員がオンデマンドでe-learningできる動画で作成する。
