Outline of Research at the Start

医療的ケア児の出産家族はこどもの医療的ケアに加え，親役割の獲得などの危機に同時に直面し緊張状態にある．一方で，こどものケアを通して得た経験から肯定的な価値を見出すことを通して緊張状態をうまく処理し，生じる変化に適応しようとしている．本研究では，このような家族のあり様をFamily Sense of Coherence(FSOC)概念で捉え，医療的ケア児がいる出産家族がFSOCを形成するプロセスとその構造を明らかにすることを目的とする．また，国内外で数少ないFSOC研究の基盤となることを目指し，家族の健康・増進に寄与するFSOC研究の発展に貢献する．
