Outline of Research at the Start

出産を境とした生活の変化は大きく、その1つが睡眠の変化である。母親・父親がどのように眠り、どのような睡眠問題を経験するかは文化的背景によって形作られることから、日本を含む各国の睡眠研究の知見を統合することが必要である。
研究1では、世界における周産期の母親・父親の睡眠の経験を、JBI式の質的統合のアプローチを用いて明らかにする。
研究2では、育児・睡眠バランスに注目した周産期の夫婦単位での母親・父親が経験する睡眠の経験を、現象学のアプローチを含む混合研究により明らかにする。
研究1・2の結果を統合し、日本の文化的背景を考慮した周産期の夫婦を対象とした睡眠介入の開発とその効果検証に繋げる。
