Outline of Research at the Start

「ガルガル期」とは、女性が出産後に他者への怒りや攻撃性をコントロールできないことを意味するネットスラングであり、看護者の中で話題になることはまれである。「ガルガル期」と呼ばれる産後に怒りや攻撃性が高まる心理状態にある母親の心理的特徴、及び怒りや攻撃性の対象となる夫の心理的特徴について明らかにする。さらに、結果から初めて親となる夫婦への介入プログラムの構築を行い、パイロットテストを実施する。産後ケア事業がメンタルヘルス対策に重点が置かれる中、専門家に表出しにくい怒りに対してアプローチする基礎的な資料となり、夫婦のメンタルヘルスケアの維持・向上に貢献し、産後ケア事業の向上に寄与できると考える。
