Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、多言語に対応できる助産学生の実践能力と臨床助産師の助産ケア指導力の双方を向上するための演劇的手法を用いた分娩シミュレーション教材を開発し、実際にそのプログラムを受講した助産学生の実践能力と臨床助産師の指導力が向上するか検証することである。
そのため本研究では、①シミュレーション教材（案）の作成、②シミュレーション教材（案）の試行、③シミュレーション教材（案）の評価と修正を重ね、最終的にシミュレーション教材開発を目指す。
