Outline of Research at the Start

ワクチン接種率向上のためには、様々な角度から検討することが重要であるが、本研究は、親が子への接種を躊躇する要因について、疾病特性の認識および親子関係の観点から考察する。本研究では、生殖器の疾病であることや、HPVが性交渉で感染した結果の発症という疾病特性から生じ得る偏見の現状を明らかにする。また、母子関係と子の健康行動獲得との関連について、良好な母子関係における認識や偏見の共有など、接種決定における親子関係の影響について検証する。具体的には、HPVワクチン接種対象児の親における、子の接種に対する意思決定の現状と、接種対象児の親における子宮頸がんの疾病特性の認識について検証する。
