Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、申請者らが開発した慢性疾患児の自立に向けた療養支援モデルの看護実践への普及を目指して行うものである。今回実施する研究では、小児慢性特定疾病の診療を行う小児科での小児外来看護実践に適用するために、小児科外来看護師を対象として本療養支援モデルの活用の推進に有用な学習支援プログラムとして集合研修とフォローアップ研修を実施する。そして、本療養支援モデルのステークホルダーである（1）看護師、その他の医療者、（2）地域における支援者（保健師・自立支援員・養護教諭等）、（3）慢性疾患児と保護者による評価から、本療養支援モデル適用による影響と効果を明らかにする。
