Outline of Research at the Start

妊娠中のカップルだけでなく、企業で働く結婚前、妊娠前の男女や、妊娠中、育児中の男女など、全てのライフサイクルの人を対象にプレコンセプションケア研修として妊娠中の夫婦を模擬体験を実施し、本育児支援プログラムの介入効果を確認することを目的とする。
具体的には、「子育てサポート企業」として認定を受けている企業に本プログラムの効果等の説明を行い、企業研修としての本プログラムの受講をよびかける。次に、企業の希望研修テーマに合わせて、講義やプログラムの所要時間について修正を行う。最後に、介入効果の検証とプログラムの修正を行い、最終成果を公表する。
