Outline of Research at the Start

プレコンセプションケアとは、妊娠前からのケアを意味する。適切な知識や情報を提供することで、親になる男女と子どもの健康状態をより良くすることを目指しており、対象は思春期から生殖年齢にあるすべての男女である。日本では若年女性の痩せが課題となっており、低出生体重児の出生が全出生の約１割を占めている。プレコンセプションケアには食生活等の基本的生活習慣が重要であり、ワクチン接種や性感染症予防等の妊娠・出産の知識も必要である。したがって中学生の時期に正しい知識を得る意義は大きい。本研究では、思春期にある中学生の男女を対象として、プレコンセプションケアプログラムを実施し、評価することを目的とする。
