ドクターヘリの搬送例から、近隣に搬送するよりも高次医療機関に搬送する時間が短い地域が存在する。学校の管理職、養護教諭とともに、救命救命士、学校薬剤師が連携するアナフィラキシー初期対応について、搬送先の遠隔にいる医師が加わる学校救急看護の構築を行う。
