Outline of Research at the Start

喫煙妊婦の多くが妊娠と同時もしくは初期に禁煙するが、喫煙を継続する妊婦に対し有効な妊婦禁煙支援の開発が急がれている。喫煙を継続する妊婦は健康無関心層、低いヘルスリテラシーをもつ対象が多く禁煙継続が極めて困難である。喫煙妊婦の禁煙をはじめとする健康づくりを強化するためには、妊婦の喫煙と関連のある要因を同定し根拠明確な介入方略を立てる必要がある。
本研究の目的は妊婦喫煙ならびに産後喫煙に関連する予測因子を同定することである。ベースライン調査として妊娠初期、ラスト調査として産後6か月時に縦断調査を実施し、妊婦喫煙ならびに産後まで継続する喫煙・再喫煙に関する予測因子を明らかにする。
