Outline of Research at the Start

小児期発症慢性疾患では治療の進歩により、成人期に達する患者が増加してきた。誰でも経験する不安定な時期である思春期・青年期に成人診療科への転科が必要になることが多く、小児科と成人診療科では診療における患者対応が異なる、などの理由から移行期医療支援の必要性が論じられてきている。
移行を阻害する要因として、子どもの依存的な行動や未熟さ、親の過保護な態度や過度のコントロールなどがあると言われている。そこで、円滑な移行期医療を可能にするために、患児とその家族の思いや考えを明らかにするとともに、医療を提供する側である小児科と成人診療科で勤務するそれぞれの看護師が考える役割を明らかにする。
