Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、食物アレルギー（Food Allergy：FA）を有する移行期の子どもが、FAと共にある生活において、身体的、心理・社会的な安全と安定を保つための自己管理能力を獲得し、保護者からの健やかな自立を可能とするための、移行期支援プログラム（食物アレルギーを有する子どもの移行期支援プログラム）を開発する。
本プログラムはFAの子ども（以下、FA児）と保護者を対象とし、児の発達段階に対応したプログラムである。
開発においては、FA児と保護者に調査を実施し、FAの自己管理の実際、自己管理に移行する中での困難と対処、移行過程への保護者の関わり等を明らかにすると共に、FAの移行期自己管理尺度を開発する。
