Outline of Research at the Start

出産恐怖は出産に対する正常な心理的準備を妨げ、親になる移行を複雑にする。これは妊婦のQOLを低下させ、胎児へのボンディング障害を引き起こす。また、出産方法の選択や、出産時のトラウマ体験にも影響を与えると言われている。
本研究は、助産所、産科診療所、周産期母子医療センターで出産予定の妊婦を対象とし、①日本における出産恐怖感を持つ妊婦の実態および影響要因を量的に明らかにする。②出産恐怖感尺度の高得点もしくは低得点の妊婦にインタビューを行い、出産のイメージをもつに至ったプロセスを明らかにする。③出産恐怖感を低下させる心理的教育プログラムを作成し正常経過の妊婦を対象としてパイロット調査を行う。
