Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、はじめて子どもを持つ両親を対象に、母親が産褥入院中の早期新生児期における親子関係構築ツールである新生児行動観察（NBO：The Neonatal Behavioral Observations System ）の介入が、両親のメンタルヘルスと育児自己効力感にどのような影響を与えるか効果検証することを目的とする。本研究では、育児技術の習得ではなく、児の特性を知るセッションを通して、両親が児への気づきを得る機会を提供すると共に、日本における新たな産後早期の育児支援を提案する。
